- You can become a Premium Member. There are no one-time or hidden fees such as entrance fees, operation fees in memberships.

CAN I REGISTER ON THIS PLATFORM IN ANY REGION OF THE WORLD?
Certainly. We have the world’s largest baby photographer association. Wherever you are, you can become a member of our platform.

I FORGOT MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD. HOW CAN I RENEW?
You can easily retrieve your username and password by clicking here.
I FORGET TO RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Your subscription is automatically renewed every month unless you cancel. You can easily make your card information and membership plan from your control panel.
I CHANGE THE NAME OF MY BRAND. CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON THE SYSTEM?
You can easily make the changes you want from your Control Panel.
I SERVICE MORE THAN CITIES. CAN I TAKE PLACE IN DIFFERENT CITIES IN THE DIRECTORY LIST?
PREMIUM Members can choose service regions up to unlimited cities. Thus, it gains the opportunity to reach more customers from different regions. Basic Members can choose 1 city.
I HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL MY BPA MEMBERSHIP. HOW CAN I MAKE THE CANCELLATION?
Although we know that you will never cancel your membership and you will continue to benefit from the opportunities, you can cancel your membership at any time through your panel. However, Premium Members who participate in BPA Photo Awards for free must be a member for at least 4 months.
WHAT CAN I ADD TO MY BPA PROFILE?
- You can add all the services you offer, your portfolio, videos to your BPA Photographer Profile.
- You can share your blog posts on the homepage that are visible to all visitors so potential customers see your profile and are most likely to choose you.
- By publishing your Discount Coupons and campaigns on the Homepage, you can attract the attention of your potential customers who are looking for a photographer.
- The more effectively and actively you use your profile, the more prominent it will appear in the search results and the more you can appear to your potential customers.
I DON'T APPEAR IN SEARCH RESULTS, WHY CAN IT BE?
- It is very important to have a complete profile in order to stand out in the search results and reach your potential customers.
- If you do not have an address and/or photo, you may not appear in search results.
- If you think your profile is complete and you still do not appear in the search results, you can contact us.
HOW CAN I STAND OUT IN THE PHOTOGRAPHER DIRECTORY LIST?
- Keeping your profile up-to-date, uploading your portfolio for every service you offer, describing your services in detail, entering your location correctly, blogging frequently will make it easier for you to stand out from the photographers and attract the attention of your potential customers.
- When your potential customers are looking for a photographer, presenting them with a full and carefully prepared profile will increase the likelihood of getting an offer from you.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD?
- When you become a member of BPA, you enter your credit card information. If the card cannot be withdrawn due to any problem, your account will automatically become temporarily inactive.
- You can fix the problem on your card and make your repayment by clicking the My Account button in your User Panel.
- You can also update your card information, access and download invoice details from here.
HOW CAN I SEND PHOTOS TO THE BPA PHOTO AWARDS FOR FREE?
Premium members can participate in competitions for free with 6 photos.
Your free participation codes will be sent by email. Since the contests are held twice a year, you have a long time to submit photos.
